Good luck TL - I hear you - sometimes too much free time leads to bad decisions. I know you can do it!
Worked til 815 last night, changed and went to the gym and did 3 miles. I had yogurt, apple and peanut butter for dinner around 530. I'm trying the fast again today. Hopefully I can make it longer than last week.
I got up early and did 1.5 miles and then weights. I'm going to be exhausted later on I think.
