You're right TL, Sarah, I was dehydrated and I should be drinking more water overall. 3/4 cup honey bunches and 1/2 cup skim milk after working out. Don't know about losing weight, but my buns will definitely be awesome with this one.
b- 1/2 whole wheat english muffin with I can't believe its not butter and a taste of grape jelly, coffee
s - 2 hard boiled eggs
l - spring mix with spicy thai tuna, asparagus and an apple, crystal light.
