Tuesday was ok, but couldve been better-
coffee
1/2 bagel and cream cheese
potato leek soup (homemade.... LF)
slice of homemade bread, dry
pork rinds... about 2 svg
luna bar
roasted chicken (white meat), steamed broccoli, carrots
tea
water
Ended up with about 1400 cals.
Wednesday so far-
gym- 45 mins arc trainer
jumbo krispies and fat free soy milk
2 bites of cake :-/
potato leek soup
blanched asparagus, plain
leftover roasted chicken- 1/2 svg, white meat
dried mangoes
planning on roast beef & low fat cheese sandwich for dinner.
If I stick to it, I'll be at 1300 calories and 27 g fat.... keep your fingers crossed for me!!
