Motivation to get to our weight loss goals. Yes, we're "competing" against each other, but really, we're supporting each other to reach our goals. That's what friends do.

Weigh in
226 - A respectable 3 lbs, but I was expecting more. I have stayed the same since Tuesday, so I think all the water weight is gone. If I can keep this up (3 lbs/wk) I think I would be very happy, but I would be happier with 5 /wk. Good luck everyone.
Keep it up! You're doing great. You don't want to lose too much per week. 3 lbs/per week is awesome!
