Morning all, Finished up Monday with a cup of Ackee and Saltfish made by my Jamaican mom when I got home ( not good cuz then I ate dinner an hour later). Dinner was 1/2 cup pasta and some lobster look alike and salad, tbsp of dressing.
Worked out 30 minutes, I am sore, but my shoulder is doing better than expected.
Blood sugars in line, slice of white bread with pb and tea so I wouldn't have episode during the night. I think if I didnt eat moms dee - licous food, I would have been good on the calories.
This morning, 1/2 a whole wheat english muffin, 1/2 cup of lowfat cottage cheese with some sugar free canned apple for a bit of sweet. Coffee.
