
Don't be discouraged, its only week 2 and St. Pattys day didn't help either, LOL. Maybe it wasn't the best idea to induldge in so much comfort food last night, but we had fun!

Keep it up everyone, and don't be so hard on yourself! Loss is loss, if its .5 lbs or 5 lbs. And if nothing is happening yet, just keep doing what you are doing, sometimes it takes the body some time to catch up with the new diet/exercise.
