Wow today is gonna be tough, my entire body hurts! I was already sore yesterday from playing some softball and cleaning my car over the weekend and then last night i did 1.5 hours of self defense/martial arts training which used all the muscles that were already sore and then some. Tonight's belly dancing classes might be rough!
I was pretty good yesterday with my eating too. I had a small piece of chicken and corn on the cob before class. Then after class I had a small piece of a leftover veggie omelet and this 100 calorie fruit crisp thing. Finally, no mindless snacking! I also managed to squeeze in 6 hours of sleep!
So far today I've had oatmeal with a tiny bit of granola and have leftover pasta for lunch. Might have to go out for a green beer later if I'm not dead after belly dancing. Have a good day everyone!
