Love the Water Idea!

Sarah, I am going to do that. I find that I wolf down the food so fast that I am ready for more 10 minutes later. (and 10 minutes after that). At any rate, lunch was a bowl of veggie soup, crystal light and 30 minutes later a protein bar.

I so want to snack, but knowing I have to be honest here, is making me stop. Thanks Annie.

Not going to the baby shower, but I tend to eat when I get home until I go to bed. Going to fit in some exercise today, so that should curtail it some. Any ideas on how to stop the after work munchies?

  1. tea saves my life when it comes to after work munchies! I've noticed that if I walk in the door and immediately put on a pot of tea I am a whole lot less likely to snack

  2. I usually do have a snack when I get home before dinner because we don't usually eat until late. If I have something like a fiber one bar, special K protein bar... just something fulfilling... it holds me over until dinner so I'm not snacking on whatever's around. Also- I had to make sure we stopped buying the snacky stuff so I'm not so tempted!!
