Feeling Good

So I got some compliments from my coworker yesterday about looking like I lost weight. Totally made my day.
So lunch yesterday - Whole Foods hot bar - zucchini latke, some vegan pad thai, squash and sweet potatoes - small portion size. And butternit squash soup. Filled me up most of the day. I think I had one of my smooshed fruit things around 5. Then I left work about 7ish, went home, fed the dog, cleaned up the dog's mess since he was mad that he was left alone (bad Lucky) and went to the gym. I kicked it up a notch on my interval training (7.5 for 1 minute, 1 min rest, then 7.5 for 1 min again). Felt good. Then I went home and made some organic Annie's mac and cheese and had about 1/4 of it and saved the rest for lunch today.
This am, class at 6am - ouch, she kicked our butts today. I'll be feeling the burn all day.
B - 1/2 cup Kashi cinnamon cereal, Fage 2% yogurt, and an apple.
I asked my trainer about the line on my abdomen and she said diet and exercise will get rid of it. She wants to see a food diary too. I've been keeping track in a couple places, so I'll have to remember to print that out.
