I'm still disappointed I'm not losing weight so I started South Beach yesterday. Doing good so far. The only thing I am happy about is my weight training. I almost did unassisted dips today on the dip and pull up machine! I did one set with 20 lbs of assistance and another with 30. Maybe by next week I won't need any!
That's about all the excitement I have for the day. Salad for lunch, a little bit of eggs and some turkey bacon for breakfast. I've been snacking on a few cashews cause those are allowed but I'm going to try to stop eating nuts altogether as soon as I buy some food or our cafe stops running out of veggies!

that's really amazing! even if you're not losing weight just yet, that's quite an accomplishment. i don't know much about the south beach diet, but i have spoken to a few people that have had success with it. yay! hope you're feeling better this week.
