I thought I was doing good all week, exercising, watching intake. I'm up again to 170. How is it possible to go from 170 to 166 to 170 in two weeks?
Last round I was running, hula hooping and doing abs. This round I inserted swimming (and I must say my arms are coming into shape) but I now skip the hula and abs. I think I need to start doing that again.
HELP! I don't want to give up!!

Keep the faith TL! Don't give up. I know you're discouraged, but think of all the things you posted earlier for Terri. They all still apply - just because the scale isn't showing movement doesn't mean you're not making progress. I know the scale will show your progress soon.
ReplyDeleteWhen you swim, do you stay at the same speed the whole time? Maybe try to swim every second or third lap a lot faster to ramp up the intensity for a lap and then slow it down and so forth. Just an idea.
