annie loves coffee and soda.

Hey everyone! Looks like everyone is doing great! I am motivated reading all your posts. I'm not one to really post everything I eat, you can ask Terrie, its hard enough for me to do my time sheet every day, so you probably won't see me do much posting my food intake.

I'm feeling sorta blah lately, and been hit with some sinus/ cold something or other the past week or so. One thing that I have been doing is limiting my soda and coffee. I would probably have 5 cups of coffee or more a day (with creamer) and lots of soda. I have cut back to limiting both to one a day, and hopefully this will be good for my weight loss. I have been drinking ALOT more water and tea and I do feel better about that. Also, we as a family are cutting down on going out to eat. We eat out or order in SO MUCH, and I have started cooking at home again, and when I get my grill things will get even better!

I have cleared off the treadmill and I'm ready to attack it! I also have my Biggest Looser DVD that I will do as well. WOO HOO! Keep it up, everyone!

Shmarkie, after reading your post about the cake and sugar being pure evil (while you make bacon in the house and at work) I made this picture for you! :p love, ate.

  2. So I know you're not going to post everything you eat, and that's fine. But it does help to track it so you don't forget what you've eaten and to see it written down usually makes you more aware of what you're eating. So even if you keep a little pad of paper next to you, and write down what you eat during the day may help. Of course, cutting back on the soda intake will definitely help too.
