So many newbies! Yay!

Welcome to everyone!!!

Hi, Nicole!! *kiss* You'll be surprised how much the support will help you lose weight and get closer to your goals than going it alone. And you can totally blame that relationship for the weight gain!!! I've been through the unhealthy weight loss too... and I'm ready to do it right this time!!

Ange and Jason!! Hi, guys!! Ange- don't be embarassed. I know it was hard to see that number, but you've taken the first step to getting there!! And it's much easier and more motivating to say, "I'm going to lose X amt of lbs is 8 weeks" instead of generally saying, "I want to lose weight." You'll do great!

It's so great for me to see so many people here that I have known for a very long time... and we've seen each other's weights fluctuate. It's great that we can all be here supporting each other!

So... yesterday was-
Lots of water
coffee
nonfat cappuccino
leftover lean ground beef and pasta stuff (not bad at all- i calculated the calories when i made it! yay)
caesar salad with 1/4 svg of light caesar dressing, 1/2 svg of parm cheese

today so far-
2 egg whites, 1/2 slice of lo fat cheese
1 slice dry wheat toast
green tabasco (thanks for the idea, Jason!!)
coffee

I'm making dinner tonight- "sprite" can chicken on the grill, caesar salad and roasted potatoes. Now lets see if I can keep my portions in check.

Sarah- that is a great idea with the water for sure! You know how I love to just inhale food... Taking my time will be key.

so- what's the prize $$ up to now?? I'm looking to get my first Coach Bag ;-)
