So, after looking at everything I've eaten... I overall had a bad and over-snacky weekend. Those damn pili nuts and polvoron (treats from the Philippines!!).... those damn giant cheetos cheesballs! Weekends are hard for me anyway- especially when it's so dreary and rainy out. Back on track today. Yesterday, I planned out everything I was going to eat today and counted up the calories...
B- 1 egg plus 3 egg whites (egg whites leftover from making hollandaise sauce... yikes!), low fat cheese, 1 slice of bread, dry
L- Soup
S- Luna Bar
D- Salad, potato leek soup
Let's hope I can stick to the plan!!
