Pizza is my weakness!!! Last night I had two pieces of white pizza with bacon! But on the flip side it was thin crust, and I normally would have had 3 or 4 pieces easily! I went way over my Weight Watcher Points :-(
Today I weight 163-but again, I really need to get a new scale- It is too old, and too hard to read-
Today I had 1/2 bagel with cream cheese, and a fajita salad minus the chips. I am really trying to work at portion control. I still have dinner though, and it is Friday night-a good night to pig out!
Someone brought sticky buns and cookies into work, and it is taking every bit of control not to eat some!
If anyone has never tried Weight Watchers I would highly recommend it and you can do it on-line.

No sticky buns! Drink some water or tea. Ask yourself if it's really worth it. That works for me.
