I don't want to lose much more weight. I'm shooting for 120-122. Hopefully, then I can start improving tone and maintaining. But this blog makes me so much more aware of what I'm eating and I truly feel I've completely changed my eating habits and I'm much healthier now.
No gym today, dinner last night was an apple and Fage yogurt around 6 and then three pieces of shrimp, 2-3 bites of rice, and broccoli around 830. I sauteed some squash last night to eat with lunch today that I'm excited about. I love zuchinni and yellow squash.
I hope everyone did well today!
Teresa, don't be too discouraged - it's just water weight and if you keep going to the gym, I know you'll lose.
