So, I've started keeping track by using weight watchers points. Since I was getting confused about the fat grams, I figured the "points" take calories, fat, and fiber into account, so i don't have to worry about it too much. Also, I've done WW before with much success. So- I'm supposed to be taking in 20 pts per day with 35 flex pts per week (i'm just using the guidelines I was given the first time around).... So yesterday...
Jumbo Krispies with 1/2 cup ff soy milk
Coffee
1/2 egg salad sandwich (egg salad made with 1/2 egg whites, 1/2 whole eggs, very little lo fat mayo, mustard)
Small Orange
Tea w/ 1/2 packet of honey
4 small steamed shrimp
Salmon caesar salad, 1 tsp dressing, croutons
1 small slice of bread
1 glass of red wine
45 mins on arc trainer
Came to 26 points.....
