Weekends are not good. :(

Well, I guess they really aren't BAD, but yesterday was my cheat day. Are we allowed? I did go for a 2.5 mile walk each day over the weekend.

So far today:
B- blueberry greek yogurt - why do people say it's better for you than "regular?" & coffee (with skim, no sugar, I'm sweet enough)
L- Large chicken caesar salad (lite dressing), diet coke

No clue on dinner yet, probably some leftovers from last night, or a bowl of cereal. I'm pulling double duty working tonight.

I'm working on my water intake. I know I should be drinking more.

And fiber is awesome. I love the kashi frozen meals, especially the chicken florentine one! I also have some fiber one bars and fiber one cereal. Good stuff.

  1. The greek yogurt strains all the water and excess liquid out and has more macrobiotics and active cultures. They don't add a lot of artificial sweeteners either. So it's thicker and creamier for the same calorie content with more good stuff in it.
