Weigh in!

161.6. I'll take it. Techincally, I didn't lose anything from last week, when I just rounded up. I think I was at exactly 161.6 last week. But as somebody who weighs themselves pretty much weekly, I can say that it's been awhile since I've been in the low 160s consistently. Must. Join. Y. I wonder if I hadn't had those delicious Magic Hat Circus Boys last night if that would have made a difference. :) They were so good.

  1. Yes. Join. Y. You will feel so much better. I have to tell you, one of the things I think has helped losing weight has been cutting out alcohol. And I like my glass or two of wine with dinner. But I notice I get up a lot easier and I've lost weight. I only drink when I'm out. So, last weekend, we had dinner out and I had 2 glasses of wine. The weekend before, we were out for dinner and I had 2 margaritas. Other than that, nothing. Now I have tea with dinner.
    Good luck - I know you can lose weight if you put your mind to it.
