Everyone here knows I love sweets, cookies, brownies, cakes, tarts, pies and all that stuff. What I have been doing is substituting that with some yogurt with grapenuts. (Go Fiber!) Also, I have cut down soda and coffee to 1 of each a day. I actually haven't had coffee in 2 days! I have started walking on the treadmill and drinking plenty of water. As for snacking, its funny, but I find that gum sometimes help. Ice Cubes Gum come in flavors like strawberry smootie and dragonfruit breeze (5 calories) and its funny, but you're chewing, and it tastes good! It is enough to fix a snack craving for me...
