Hi All, busy day.
lunch - small salad with some grilled chicken on top and feta, apple, sugarfree iced tea
snack - south beach cereal bar
come home hungry, settled in with a slice of bread and some pb
dinner - 7pm - 1/2 cup bowtie pasta, grilled chicken with broccoli and 4 tbsp of alfredo sauce, small portion, I could have easily eaten 2 bowls.
gonna work out now. You all seem to be eating so little. I am trying to eat normally because I cook for my family, but much less of it. It has worked in the past, but I'm 43 now so who knows?

I don't think it seems like you're eating more than us. Just keep up with your portion control and if you feel then need to snack, eat something healthy, like an apple or some carrots. The fruits and veggies should help you feel more full. And remember that you should be eating when you're hungry, not bored. That's my problem at work sometimes. I get bored, so I snack. Even though I know I'm not hungry. You're doing fine. Being aware is a big step too. Age doesn't matter - I have a coworker who is probably around 44 or 45 and she's lost almost 60 lbs. And her husband makes awesome Italian pastries, so she's got a lot to resist.
