I don't know the last time I was below 125. I can't believe I haven't hit a plateau yet, but I'm not complaining. I had to wear a suit today for a meeting this am, and I wore my gray skirt suit that I haven't worn in at least 3-4 years.

Teresa, you've probably just hit a plateau and need to switch up your exercises. Maybe try the bike instead of the ellpitical. But you're definitely getting stronger! Unassisted dips is awesome!

I am switching up my exercises it has nothing to do with that. The bike is the worst thing for cardio, you barely burn any calories.
