Bad Sarah

I guess it's going to happen once in a while. It was a coworkers birthday, so we went to Chili's for lunch. I had the Oldtimer burger w/cheese on a whole wheat bun. No fries though, broccoli. But I had a ton of chips and salsa and I ate the whole burger. And then I had about 1/2 of one of the sweet shots they have (double chocolate something). So I'm not sure how tomorrow's weigh in is going to be since I had a lot to eat. I plan on at least doing weights tonight at home, but no gym. Oh well - one burger with chips and salsa will not make me suddenly gain 5 lbs.
6 weeks til Cancun! I have to stay motivated.

  1. I hear it's not so bad to "confuse" your metabolism from time to time :-) you're doing great! a little cheat wont sabotage all your hard work!
