Round 2

I still need stats for: Aileen, Mark and Teresa (if she's in)

I'll post when I have everyone's information. I'm excited about the revised Excel Spreadsheet I'll be coming up with for this. Ahhhh..... rows, columns, math.... I feel like I'm in a little bit of heaven.

Terrie, one of the things I think we all found that helped was eating more fiber products. I think nearly all of us from round 1 have had a love affair with Fiber One Products: Pop Tarts, Bars or Cereal. My faves are the Strawberry Pop Tarts and the Chocolate Fiber One bar. It feeds my craving for chocolate and fills my belly with some type of nutrition at the same time. It's win win. I think we also took into account why we were snacking - was it boredom? not eating enough during the day? stress eating?, etc. I think TL started knitting again to keep her hands busy at night.
