everyday we're a little closer

Terrie - don't get discouraged. Even on the days we don't do so well we are still making healthier decisions than if we weren't trying at all.

Today for me was stressful but I managed to come out ahead.
b- yogurt, 1/2 apple, coffee
s - special K bar
l - boost meal replacement drink, apple
s- orange, tea
45 minute swim
d- 2 eggs in a asparagus/zucchini fritata
glass of wine

how I know I'm losing weight even if the scale doesn't say so:
1)saggy underwear
2)pockets that bunch
3)saggy bathingsuit (unfortunately it's in the chest, the area I don't WANT to lose)
4)being included in the "skinny" portion of a statement that went "those meal replacement shakes aren't made for skinny people like you"
5)my watch is to loose
