Sleep is important!

Ok, in an effort to help my weight loss, I've decide to post how many hours I sleep along with my normal daily posts. I know that is a huge factor in me not losing weight. I'm guessing I'll be embarrassed when I see the numbers up here and it will make me go to bed earlier.

Last night - 4 hours
Wed night - 5.5 hours
Tues night - 7 hours (whoo!)
Mon night - 4.5 hours
Sun night - 4 hours

Yikes! that is bad! At least I went to the gym on my lunch break and did back. I was gonna do cardio after work today but I'm so freaking tired, not just from lack of sleep, but also sore muscles. So hopefully I will do something active outside tomorrow since it's supposed to be sunny and in the 50's!! I can't wait for winter to be over!

  1. You're right- sleeping more will totally help your weight loss! Try to get at least those 7 hours- I bet it will help a ton!!
