So i worked from home, which usually means I eat too much. I think I did okay though.
B- 3/4 cup cinnamon cereal, no milk, banana, cheese stick (lf)
S- apple, celery, peanut butter (2 celery stalks and 1/4 apple)
L - organic mac-n-cheese ( i'll have the other half for lunch today!)
S-yogurt, smooshed fruit
D - skillets, crackers with lf cream cheese
And I shovelled last night - that's my exercise
Today - breakfast - hardboiled egg, tea, smooshed fruit
I plan on going to the gym tonight whenever I get out of work. Just cardio - I have class tomorrow am at 530 and we'll probably do weight training.
keep it up everyone! I noticed i feel a lot better when I eat healthier - I don't even want to eat crappy food anymore (no french fry craving). I'm sleeping better too.
