Thanks everyone for joining in on this. It's a great way to stay on track and be motivated. I thini we all did great, even if the changes in numbers were small, the changes in THINKING and decision making is big!
Anyone in for continuing? ...Round 2, Rematch? same deal... 20$, 8 weeks? I'm almost near my goal of 160 and could use the moral support. If not a round two, then at least keep the blogg up? thoughts?
