1st Weigh In

141.5. checked the scale with my hand weight to make sure it was right, but the pants tell all. Breakfast? Coffee, 1 slice of toast (need to eliminate the bread, right?), egg white omelet homemade. This is definitely going to be a portion control issue. Challenge this week? Baby shower tomorrow...

    I don't think you need to eliminate the bread, esp since you're having just one slice... as long as you're doing a whole grain type of thing, and watching what you're putting on it. :-)

  2. Portion control is my BIG issue as well! There is NO reason for me to be eating the same amounts of food as my husband!
