My snack right now is some wasa light rye crispbread with organic peanut butter. It's very good. The wasa bread has an extremely satisfying crunch.
I agree about the picture idea too. I'll be going through some stuff.
B- yogurt, tea
L - yellow squash, carrots, zucchini cooked. one of those Thai rice noodle soup packages and 3 bites of leftover rice pilaf. (I threw out the rest so I wouldn't finish it)
Snacks - green beans, wasa with pb. More tea and lots of water.
Plans tonight are gym and dinner with one of my friends who's also good about what she eats, so we should find some good stuff at the restaurant we're going to. (They have steamed mussels - a favorite with me)
