Breakfast - hardboiled egg, yogurt
no time for a midmorning snack today - boo.
lunch was french onion soup (not much cheese and bread in it) and lowfat cheese stick
snack - apple with peanut butter and lowfat cheese stick
dinner will be chicken with beans and rice whenever I get home tonight (probably close to 8pm)
Oh busy season. I'm going to try to get up tomorrow morning and get to the gym before work.
