Fri night/Saturday

So I went to the gym Fri night and ran intervals for 2 1/2 miles and then did some ab work.
Dinner was a grilled pork chop, broccoli and rice.
This morning was my group class at the gym. I'm sore now.
I ate some pretzels for breakfast and lunch combined while I worked. I know - bad.
We'll see how the rest of the weekend goes.
