After my great workout yesterday I think I ate bad last night. My cousin and his gf came over and we didn't know what we were going to do for dinner, so we just had a whole bunch of apps; cheese and crackers, olives, spinach and artichoke dip, some potsticker things, shrimp and I had two glasses of wine. Everything was from whole foods, so it was all natural stuff, but still a lot of food.
But this morning was my class and we had our butts kicked as usual. And then I had a scone again at the coffee place. I'll be good the rest of the day. And tomorrow morning I have a date at the gym with one of my friends. She'll inspire me to work hard.
I'm not going to get too caught up in the weight part. If my clothes start fitting me better, I know I'll have made progress and just converted fat into muscle.
