TL's weekend

I had no internet this weekend and really missed our check ins. It is amazing that something so simple as reporting to friends keeps me on track!

I did well with the eating all weekend long until last night. I didn't consume more calories that I shoud, but it was late night snacking again. It doesn't matter that it was healthy snack, I wan't hungry and I ate anyway. I am starting to see a trend - wine AFTER dinner tends to lead to bad snacking decisions. So I'm going to have to go with no wine in the house for a while. I know I won't resist the after work glass of wine if it is there so I am banning it from my presence until I have the snacking under control.

Friday night I did not run - it was too cold!
Saturday I did the ab/hula work out
Sunday I ran 11 hilly miles with the club
Monday I played with a 4 year old for several hours (that counts as exercise, right!?)

My Monday weigh in was 176, hich is up a lb from Friday. So I'm being extra good today. So far I've eaten left over, very healthily made pasta and shrimp and veggies, two cups of coffee and some granola. I'm feeling a little down about the gained lb, but I'll go home and do some extra exercise.
