Monday

Monday - 52 minutes on the elliptical machine!!!

Tuesday - woke up a bit too late. I did crunches, girlie push-ups and lots of stretching to get the oxygen flowing through my body. But I am disappointed that I didn't get on the machine.

Propel, yogurt, soup and clementines for work.
