everyone I know is having a hard time the past few days. Must be the season? something going around?
yesterday I ate ok. no exercise. I was home at 6 pm and had dinner and laid down. I am emotionally tired and knoew if I exercised I would feel better, but I didn't. I couldn't get up.

l - 3 wasa, plain tuna, salad
d- spaghetti squash, plain
water
s- 3 wasa, jam
tea
a phone call at 3 a.m. and then again at 7 a.m. from friends going through crazy bad stuff prevented me from sleeping. especially the 3 a.m., I laid awake for at least an hour trying to not think about it. My plan to get up and run was demolished.
~sigh~
today I am in control of my eating but no exercise unless this evening's meeting gets cancelled. Which I hope it does because I'm too tired to smile.
