I was hungry all day. I did really well with food intake anyway, but did have an extra snack at night. I did the hula and ab work out. I wanted to go for a run but it was super cold and I was feeling a littel down. I know I would have felt better if I ran, times like these I understand the treadmill.
Today I had a healthy breakfast and I'm drinking lots of water. lunch was two stuffed shells (cheese only) and salad. I skipped the cookies. I don't know if I am hungry or if I'm obsessing. I ahve a meeting until 9 pm tonight so I won't get any exercise in. I'm pretty sure there will be no weight loss this week.
