It was a good day. I woke up and weighed myself and I was 133! Progress. Now to keep it moving. I had more of my homemade tuna macaroni salad for lunch along with some green beans. For a snack I had 2 olive chips, a rice cake and wasa bread with peanut butter. Dinner before I went to the movies was an organic broccoli and cheese pocket. Not bad.
Nothing at the movies and then I went to the gym before it closed and ran 1.5 miles.
Breakfast this am is a hardboiled egg and yogurt with some green tea. Yum.
