Tl's monday

I was a good girl!
b- coffee, yogurt, granola, banana
l - cup of soup
s- apple
water
D - I made 'soup'. So I had no food in the house for a real meal. I had a can of vegetables (icky by themselves), some veggie broth, and those whole wheat, no egg yolk noodles. I threw it all together and it made a yummy and filling soup! huh.

ab work out and the hula hoop (still cracks me up!)

Instead of reading in bed which leads me to unbelievable thoughts like "there's a package of beans in the cupboard - make some 'chili'", or "you have flour and butter and milk - make biscuits", I instead pickled up my knitting and sat on the couch in the living room. This lead to much healthier thinking of "Knit two, Pearl two, Cross six....".

so who needs a scarf or a hat?

Along with 8 hours of sleep two nights in a row I'm feeling pretty good!

  1. I always need a scarf. I match them with my outfits and coats. I'm raising my hand up really really high saying, "I do. I do. I do"
