So I measured the hips and belly, discovered my BMI, etc. Unfortunately none of those things can make the distinction between fat and muscle and I know that with all the running I do SOME of the weight is muscle. However, today I discovered the notion that small decisions have large consequrnces. For example last night I did NOT submit to the desire to go to WaWa and get pretzels. I went to sleep instead. Amazing how difficult a small decision was and how much better I feel about myself today for having made the right choice!
B/L - two eggs scrambled (no oils) coffee
three cups of coffee today - too much !
decaf tea (plain)
D - whole wheat pasta (portion control) with minimal sauce, glass of wine. I love wine. I'm not sure if I can give up my glass or two with dinner.
ab workout and a Hula Hoop workout. (FUN, and harder than I thought!)
I'm going out for a little bit but have to be good because I'm on a strict budget (calories and cash!) and I have an 11 mile run in the A.M.
