Progress

So yesterday for me wasn't bad, which is good since I was at home and there's lots of snacky things that I could have eaten all day long.
Instead, 1 scrambled egg in the am with a small piece of the beer bread.
Lunch was that stupid soup in styrofoam cup that I am officially sick of now. And A was right - it does have too much sodium. Dinner was a skillets thing and then some tea.

This morning I got up and went to the gym, but I couldn't run very well, so I probably did a mile and then a walked with an incline for about 1/2 mile. I just couldn't breathe. Then I did some dips and bicep curls to try to salvage something. Tomorrow's another day - better workout!

TL - I'm sorry you had a couple crappy days - I'm thinking of you and I hope your dad gets better.

And Jackie - that's awesome that you feel smoking hot in dress #1! You go girl!
