Motivation to get to our weight loss goals. Yes, we're "competing" against each other, but really, we're supporting each other to reach our goals. That's what friends do.

Check in - Teresa
128 lb this morning. I was so bad this week at the gym, I've only gone twice and I'm going to happy hour after work today. Probably won't make it this weekend either since I'm going away. Next week I'm going to be consistent though!
