Wednesday

B-2 egg whites, 1/2 svg lo-fat cheese, 1 piece of dry toast
L- leftover meatloaf (small svg), salad
S- fiber one bar
D- curried eggplant w brown rice. didn't taste very good but it was heathy- only fat was 2tbsp EVOO for 4 svgs. small portion.
Dessert- weight watchers ice cream thing
coffee
water
tea

Exercise- 40 mins on arc trainer.

today so far-
fiber one pop tart

water
1/2 roast beef & lofat cheese on wheat, dad's chicken soup (not healthy.... blah)
