too little

I know not eating enough is bad becasue your body goes into "starvation mode" and conserves fat, so I promise not to make a habit of this. I've just had NO TIME today.

b- lf milk & granola, tea
s- tea
l- coffee, water, 1/4 vegeterian falafel from the little silver lunch cart on the corner (this guy is like the Soup Nazi of falafels... sooooo good, but KNOW how to order and keep your questions to yourself!)I just didn't have time to eat the whole thing because I was running to meetings. Plus, when I picked it up to take a bite the thing must've weighed 2 lbs. I thought of that sitting in my belly and took 4-5 bites and saved the rest for, I don't know... a paper weight?

d- water, the remainder (proper portion) of my 'soup' concotion. Last night I was smart enough not to cook enough noodles for more than one serving so I would have some left for tonight. YEAY! two meals for $3.77

no exercise today,(unless running back and forth to City Hall 1/2 a mile away because I'm constantly late for meetings counts) I'm just too wiped out from not enough fuel and too much stress.
