the rest of wednesday

so I went to my gym class and we did mostly weights and some core exercises. I'm sore as usual. but it's good to be sore, I know it's working.
Dinner was a pork chop and broccoli and some rice (I didn't eat everything on my plate although I could have). A glass of red wine and then a cup of tea before bed.
I'm nervous for tomorrow's weigh-in.
