I did ok today. My thing isn't so much the food, it's the burning of calories. I know I have to watch what I eat, but for me, that's not my biggest thing .... right now.
35 SOLID minutes on the elliptical machine. It was a good workout today!!!! :-)
B/L (I hang my head in shame but damn, I wanted it) Coffee and Bacon and Egg on a Bagel
Dinner - tuna with Triscuits... on the plus side, there were only a few triscuits left in the box, so mostly I had tuna.
We are going to do GREAT!!! I just know it.
