Sun & Mon morning

Well it turns out that Saturday night I wound up going out and having more wine than I should have and also succumbed to the call of the salty late nite snack (pretzels & dip) so so much for my day of soulsearching.

yesterday was awesome though. 12 miles and moderate food intake.

this morning I weighed myself., my plan is to use the Mon morning weigh in as motivation for the week but focus on the Fri morning weigh in as the actual. However, this morning's weigh in was 2 lbs GAIN! what??? I guess I deserve it from Sat night's bad decisions.

So tonight I will do my Hula hoop work out . which I love with this three lb hula hoop and a cheesy DVD routine. lol.
