I DID go for that run last night even though it was cold and lonely. By the end I was feeling great about my decision so extended the route 1/2 a mile to make it an even 4. YEAY for determination!
I had the rest of the falafel for dinner, but first I unwrapped it and baked it for 20 minutes. It was crispy and much lighter for some reason....
I'm nervous about tomorrow's weigh in also since the scale hasn't budged all week, but I'm being mindful today and have running club tonight. I am psyching myself up for knowing that even if tomorrow's weight does not show change in the number it doesn't mean I haven't had success. I feel better and have been sleeping deeply. I haven't had a glass of wine since Saturday and I think that may have something to do with it. (Although I fully intend on having one tonight at club)
