Sunday - Breakfast - hard boiled egg
Lunch - small bowl of boxed mac and cheese - the boy made it
Dinner - 2 meatballs on a small torpedo roll (I cut them in half to feel like more)
Snack - 2 clementines
I know I'm serious about this when I take the money I saved for new UGGS and instead buy a weight machine designed for women (whatever the hell that means). 4 position incline/decline bench; pulley system to work out arms, legs, rowing; free weights included.
