Wed/Thurs

Food has been so-so this week. Lots of running. Wednesday night, wrestling - got home after 9:30 and then had to handle an eye injury on the boy and then we still needed to eat. Needless to say it was a late night for us.. Thursday night wrestling - got home after 9. Saturday - wrestling, Monday wrestling... you get the picture. And 0 - 60 the minute I walk in the door at work. Today I left at 5 and went right to the Meet. I'll deal with the food. I think I'm doing ok but could do better.

My goal primarily was to get moving in the morning. With the exception of this morning, I'm on track. Today I needed to hit the snooze, again and again and again.... I'm cool with that.

Ladies, no worries. It's the first week. We have 7 more.

For me, the goal is long term... I'm thinking the rest of my life, so I'm not going to sweat tomorrow. I know what I'm going to accomplish. The journey has just begun.
